A 45 minute High Intensity Boxing workout combining boxing and kickboxing moves with cardio, upper body and core work. Your arms will be shaking and you will definitely get your sweat on!
this class is for anyone looking to get strong, toned and build lean muscle! This workout offers a strength work paired with some cardio. Arms, Legs, Abs, we do it all in this one!
We all need a good stretch! Stretch out those tight muscles and get into those sore spots with a foam roller and spikey ball. Stretching and rolling helps loosen muscles and joints to improve range of motion and flexibility and avoid injuries.
HIIT is one of the best ways to build muscle and scorch body fat. Various fast paced timed intervals will blast calories, but don’t worry - there is recovery time too! Plus some core work to get strong, toned, lean, abs!

Love going there! It is motivating and even when I don't want to go I feel great afterwards! It keeps me accountable, whereas a gym just takes your money and don't care if you don't show up. Jenni is lovely and makes every workout different and the time just flies!
