We don’t run your typical gym fitness classes because we want you to feel excited to show up for your session. That’s why we make sure our classes are always fun, upbeat and supportive. Here at Total Body, it’s not about building the perfect body. It’s about finding a fitness routine that works for you and then building a plan you can easily maintain and enjoy.
In our studio you're not one of 500 or 1,000 members. You're one of a select group of ladies who will welcome you with open arms into our little Total Body family. We accept and support you and we're there for you when you need us.
Group Fitness Classes
Our group classes include HIIT and Abs, Boxing, Core and Stretch, and Full Body Circuit. Whether you’re looking for a cardio heavy session, high impact workouts or a great way to cool down and target specific muscle groups, we’ve got the class for you. Choose your favourite or mix it up with a great line-up of fat-burning classes.
One-on-one Private Training
Achieve your personal fitness goals with individual training sessions. While training alone at a fitness centre in Happy Valley may leave you feeling uninspired and lost, a personal training session will provide guided and specific tips that work for your body. You can also book a buddy session so that you and a friend can work out together.
Post-Natal Exercise
Getting active is an important part of the post-birth return to normalcy and can help you readjust to normal life if done correctly. But it’s important not to rush things. Take it slow and start by training specific muscle groups. Total Body owner and head trainer, Jenni, is certified in post-natal exercise programming. Challenges
Extra motivating and extra fun, enjoy an all-inclusive approach to personal training. Our challenges run multiple times per year and offer a few weeks of solid training, customised meal plans and endless support from our community.
