Our Classes

Cardio & Core

Combining longer periods of cardio with shorter periods of HIIT – and some core work thrown in for good measure!

Full Body Circuit

This class is for anyone looking to get strong, toned and build lean muscle! This workout offers a strength workout paired with some cardio. Arms, legs and abs – we do it all in this one!

Strength Circuit

Longer rest periods with heavier weight options. Focus on form and strength rather than speed or calorie burn.

Fit Max

Not for the faint hearted! Expect to be pushed. This Jen’s FAVE session of the week. It’s a tough one but also such an accomplishment when it’s done. We combine cardio and strength work with a competition/challenge aspect to see what you can get done.

Body Weight

A workout focused on body weight movements. Could be a HIIT style or a Full Body Circuit style.

Boxing

Our 45 minute High Intensity Boxing workout combines boxing and kickboxing moves with cardio, upper body and core work. Your arms will be shaking and you will definitely get your sweat on!

Yoga Blend

Yoga IS for everyone. Run by our resident yogi Vicky. Even if you have never tried yoga before, come along. Vicky blends a few different styles to get a unique class every time.

Vinyasa Yoga

A flow of yoga poses combined with breath work. You will get warm!

Yin Yoga

A slower pace. Poses are held for a longer period of time. Be ready to be relaxed.

Stretch

We all need a good stretch! Stretch out those tight muscles and get into those sore spots with a foam roller or spiky ball. Stretching and rolling helps loosen muscles and joints to improve range of motion and flexibility and avoid injuries.
